Summer vacations, camping, picnics and patio parties are done for the year. Revived enthusiasm returns for looking after health and exercise as children return to school. Plans are being made for the fall, Christmas holiday season and New Year festivities. Winter vacations are being planned. Now is the time to start setting new goals to take you through to 2010 healthy and happy.
 
Thanksgiving through to New Years is a tough time of year for most individuals. Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s are all about food, parties and indulgence. Setting goals and personal expectations through this tough quarter of the year will help keep you on track. Most people gain 5 – 10 lbs through the Christmas season. Setting individual goals will help keep you on track preventing this from happening.
 
Eating properly will help you keep stress levels lower during this difficult season. Poor food choices lower your immune system, energy levels decrease and health suffers. Taking time to cook healthy, nutritious meals is going to help keep you energized and healthy during a very tough time of the year.   
 
Bodyby24-7 allows you to take control of your life by eating healthy, clean calories. It is a very simple formula to becoming the best you can be. Just imagine, you can eat and lose weight and have the body you have dreamed about having.    Our program teaches you how to eat quality food choices and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Eating good food allows you to maintain your muscle mass, the metabolic tissue that keeps the weight off. This gives you the fit, athletic physique that you’ve always wanted. The choice is yours.  
 
 

Bodyby 24-7 is now 100% internet based. Seminars/meetings will be held throughout the year with numerous guest speakers, topics and inspiration. We believe these seminars will give additional information, new motivation and support for our members.   We are very positive that this will be an added bonus allowing clients to bond with each other and discuss their personal trials and tribulations of losing or gaining weight.   Athletes will be emailing digital photos at their own schedule and time instead of booking monthly appointments in person, as well as posing via Skype.  We have been dieting down competitive athletes across Canada and the U.S. via digital photo for many year so this will not be new for us, but it will be different for our local athletes. We are scheduling one date per month for our athletes to pose with us in person. Posing dates are Sunday to allow athletes to drive in from out of town.  We will accomodate the athletes in the month of June based on show dates.   Dates will be listed on our calendar.  

  The Skype program has been implemented for one on one conversation via video phone calls at scheduled appointments.   Skype is a free program available through Skype Download on the internet If you have a video cam on your computer, video phone calls will be available to you at scheduled times. A Call Agenda form will be completed prior to each call with a list of topics to be discussed and emailed prior to the Skype video call appointment.  

Dates for 2011 seminars/meetings are posted, and will be held at Montrose Community League Hall, 5920 - 119  Avenue, northeast Edmonton.  All seminars are free to members and guests.  It would be beneficial for us if you could register in advance so that we know how many chairs to have in place for the meetings. If you have any topics that you would like discussed, include this with your registration.  Email donna@bodyby24-7.com to register.
