Spring, the time of year we all wait for; sunshine and beautiful weather. It gets us out of the house doing the things that we all love to do. Winter tends to be rough on most of us, gaining a few additional pounds of body fat. Hiding under those layers of clothing isn’t an option any longer. Brian and I have made goals for 2009 – 2010 in regards to Bodyby24-7. Over the years requests have been made which have been difficult to implement. One request made by numerous clients, has been group seminars and workshops for clients to meet others that are following the program. Time restrictions have made this difficult but we have always felt this would be a very positive tool in helping others achieve their goals. Starting in 2010, Bodyby24-7 will become 100% internet based. This change has been slowly in the works for the past year. Meetings that have been one-on-one will be changed to group workshops. We are thrilled to implement this exciting change to the program beginning in January 2010. Seminars will be held throughout the year with numerous guest speakers, new topics and inspiration. We will spend 2009 taking input from our clients on what topics they would like to cover at these meetings. The efficiency of the daily check in with journals and weight summaries has made personal meetings very repetitive. We believe these seminars will give additional information, new motivation and support for our members. We are very positive that this will be an added bonus allowing clients to bond with each other and discuss their personal trials and tribulations of losing or gaining weight.
